Alphonso

Hello, my name is Alphonso and I am a Stretch Therapist at Anytime Fitness in Encinitas, CA. I am a Student Physical Therapist at University of St. Augustine who values preventative care, strength and conditioning and teaching proper form. During my college days, I played linebacker for Chapman University and battled 4 different operations. This is why I aim to help those around me get educated about their bodies, training smarter, and provide excellent manual therapy and care. Outside of my studies, I love reading, kicking back at the beach, and exploring new food spots.
